Dr. Robert David Turoff
A Board Certified Surgeon, Robert D. Turoff, MD, F.A.C.S.,F.A.P.W.C.A., is a senior attending surgeon at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, New York and Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, New York.
Dr. Turoff attended Cornell University Medical College, graduating in 1975. He did his surgical residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York and Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. He then completed a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York in 1983, where he was an American Cancer Society Clinical Fellow.
Dr. Turoff has been in practice on the South Shore of Long Island, New York for 30 years.
Dr. Marc Elliot Finkelstein
A Board Certified Surgeon, Marc Elliot Finkelstein, MD, FACS, is an attending surgeon at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, New York and Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, New York.
For several years Dr. Finkelstein was the Director of the area’s Level 2 Trauma Program. He was also a member of the New York State Trauma Advisory Committee.
Dr. Finkelstein completed his surgical residency at Metropolitan Hospital and Westchester Medical Center. He completed a Colon Rectal Fellowship at Grant Hospital Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio in 1988.
Dr. Finkelstein has been in practice on the South Shore of Long Island, New York for over 20 years. He was also a the President of the Eastern Long Island Chapter of American College of Surgeons.
